Melton Kings Basketball Club's new season is around the corner and work is underway to make this one of the best seasons we have had. As a community club, our aim is to provide basketball for the people of Melton Mowbray, and our club is set up to reflect this.
So what do we offer? We offer basketball practice and competitive games for Men, Women, Juniors and an inclusive basketball session.
Men's Basketball
The club has two mens teams, who play games in Leicestershires Local League. Games are on a Tuesday night, with practice on a Thursday night (8:00-9:30).
New players are welcome with experience of basketball. At the moment we don't have the capability to offer coaching for complete beginners.
If you are interested, please get in contact.
Women's Basketball
The club has a women's team who play basketball in Leicestershire Local League. Games are usually held on a Monday night, with practice on a Wednesday night.
New players are welcome with or without experience of playing basketball. If you are interested, please get in contact as we'd love to have more women playing basketball.
